The room was tidy and fairly quiet. The hotel provides a fridge, a microwave, and a variety of TV channels. The management and staff were superbly friendly. There was a good choice of appetising food for breakfast.

Disgusting comforters and nasty floors and bathrooms. Gross tub, didn't even take a shower, it was dirty and had hair in it. I was afraid to let my 2 yr old walk around. No smoke detector, it was ripped off of the wall.

We had the most really comfortable few days there. The hotel was fine, our room was spotless, greatly enjoyed it. The room we had included central heating, a safe box and multi-channel television. Location: the venue was so close to restaurants and shopping, and those areas that travel was n't a hassle. Furthermore, near that area.

Nothing. The pool. Was DARK GTEEN. The bed was filthy. Our 12 y/o son turned on the shower and the handle broke off. We switched rooms and had almost the same exact problems PLUS MOLD IN THE SHOWER!! Horrible!
Everything. Dirty beds. Bromen shower facilities. Dirty rooms and bathrooms. Mold. Green in cared for pool. Unconcerned staff.

The customer service was great
The restroom was nasty scum in bath tub the walls had black on them the restroom door had black all over it. The beds were hard and wore out you could tell they had been in use for years the pillows were flat. The lamp shades have never been changed had stains on them. The sink area had dust and dirt on the edge all the way around it .The ice bucket was full of water when we arrived under the lid was gross .I just fill that the cleanup staff needs to be retrained. The hair dryer didn't work.

Was clean, comfortable bed, roomy bathroom. Can't comment on the included breakfast as it wasn't open when we left. Restaurants were nearby and convenient to I-55.
The pillows were terrible! No stuffing at all and had to use the back cushions from the sofa. We were awakened several times between 12:00 and 4:00 am by people milling around outside and talking. I could see light underneath the door which may be why we heard so much outside noise.

The bed was comfy, nice bathroom
The variety was squishy and felt dirty. The room stunk of maybe mold, water damage, and smoke, but it was supposed to be a non smoking room.

Nice sized tv with good picture....but couldn't use remote to to tv on or for volume. Very inconvenient.
Floors/carpet so dirty I wouldn't walk around without shoes on, the pool was so dirty I wouldn't even THINK about putting my feet in it let alone my body, the clerk wasn't friendly after having to have my key re-programmed since it wouldn't open my door upon check in! Shall I continue? I don't think it's necessary, you get the point!
